Align Group Home, LLC (AGH) founded in 2017 is a 10 bed level 2 treatment facility specializing in substance abuse and mental illness. Our homes are monitored 24 hours a day under the supervision of our trained Behavioral health technicians.

Align Group Home employs staffs of highly skilled and credentialed healthcare professionals. Our staff implements an eclectic model of evidence-based treatment modalities toward the goal of improving health and wellness outcomes in both measurable and observable ways.

Align Group Home offers a variety of services. Our residents have 24 hour access to trained BHT's, ordained days to meet with a therapist in both group and individual setting. Our staff are trained twice a month and is supervised by our clinical director.
